Job Description/Requirements
In this role, you'll get to:
• Formulate natural herbal supplements for humans and for pets and skincare products
• Review and interpret scientific articles related to natural ingredients
• Report, document, and summarize the results of research and other data into a format that allows easy review by superiors
• Manage time to achieve objectives of formulation with the team
• Gather information about new raw material and products
• Cooperate with design and purchasing teams
• Keep up to date with technological and sustainable innovations in the field
• And other tasks

We are looking for people who have:
• Higher education
• Good understanding of plant nutrients and their interactions
• Experience working with formulation of supplements and skincare products
• Keen to detail and great time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to analyze large amounts of scientific papers
