We are looking for an innovative and results-driven (Junior) Panel Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and executing our Panel Strategy, focusing on gaining insights into user requirements, driving user engagement, managing panel network costs, ensuring highest quality in our panel network and enhancing the overall user experience. Ideally, this role fits someone with a deep understanding of data-driven decision making, a will for collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. The Panel Operations Manager will be integral in shaping Appinio as a leading opinion network.

Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing
- Collaboratively work within the Panel Operations team to strategize and execute our Panel Strategy
- Identify required user segments and devise effective acquisition strategies
- Uplift quality assurance within the panel network to guarantee the highest quality standards
- Develop and oversee the implementation of our brand loyalty strategy focusing on user engagement and retention.
- Manage an efficient user support system to boost user satisfaction
- Understand and manage panel network cost components and identify areas for economic efficiency
- Keep track and report on KPIs, and their impact on COGS and gross margin
- Define, document, and refine processes and procedures across all panels for continuous improvement
- Be the go-to expert for our panel network and foster strong relationships with other internal teams
You will thrive in this role if
- You have a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Market Research, Statistics, or similar data-related concentrations
- You have at least 1-2 years of market research industry experience, preferably with online panels
- You have a great understanding of data analysis and associated tools such as Excel, SPSS etc.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German, French or Spanish is a big plus
- You have excellent communication skills, a hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and proactivity, as well as an affinity for numbers, data - and teamwork
- You have strong attention to detail and you are a highly conscientious individual
- You have the ability to work independently and self-motivate/organize yourself
- Previous experience in community management is a bonus
