Job Summary
Work with the Program Manager to establish and maintain processes for managing scope, timeline and budget during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. Report project outcomes or risks to internal leadership and to the client, and escalate issues, as necessary. Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables and lead a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to complete client initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 8+ years of experience managing and working on software development projects
- Experience with applying Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Experience with managing scope, meeting deadlines, implementing budgets and meeting budgetary guidelines
- Experience with staffing and allocating resources on teams
- Ability to balance multiple diverse workstreams and work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information across various technical and functional stakeholdersÂ
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with Cloud computing
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
