Job Summary
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a high-visibility Department of the Navy Portfolio. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review acquisition and program strategies and develop and integrated portfolio level Government Schedules and supplier Integrated Master Schedules. You’ll help execute and monitor strategic and tactical plans using resources like MS Project Professional, Project Web App, and Milestones Professional and regular interactions with project analysts, business analysts, cross-functional SMEs, vendors, and portfolio leaders. Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 3+ years of experience with building, analyzing, and managing schedules using Microsoft Project Professional
- Experience with using Milestones Professional
- Ability to run and resolve Schedule Health Metrics, including DCMA 14-point assessment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with using the Microsoft Office suite
- 3+ years of experience with Program Management for a large-scale acquisition program
- 3+ years of experience with providing schedule analyses, including slip and risk mitigation strategies
- 3+ years of experience with identifying and performing Critical Path analyses
- 2+ years of experience with setting up, running, and interpreting Schedule Risk Assessments
- Experience with creating, managing, and integrating both DoD and vendor project schedules using Project Web App
- Experience with scheduling a program or project with an Earned Value Management requirement
- Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process
