Based in Takoradi, the Instrumental Technician will report to the Instrumentation Supervisor/Engineer.
Job Summary
- Maintain, Monitor and calibrate all process control transducers and measuring instruments in the Plant and Jetty
- Perform preventive maintenance on all Process Control Transducers
- Periodically verify and calibrate all Process Control Transducers
- Carry out troubleshooting of all electrical faults and resolves them quickly
- Liaise with other sections/departments to ensure optimum running of the Plant
- Close all work orders after the execution of all jobs
- Adhere and comply with ail Environmental, Health and Safety regulations of the company
- Any other jobs that may be assigned by the departmental supervisors
- Ensure the integrity of all telephone and portable radio communication equipment in the Plant
- Shall be liable and responsible for strict adherence to ail EHS policies and procedures which is a shared responsibility for all employees
Qualification Required & Experience
- Education: Must possess HND in Electrical/Electronic engineering with minimum of 2 years’ experience, or EETIII with 5 years experience.
- Social Skills: Team player result oriented, timely reporting, good inter-personal relations, innovative, good communication in English etc.
