Responsibilities

If you are a seasoned sales professional with a blend of traditional and digital sales skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, we invite you to apply and contribute to our continued success.


1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that integrates both digital and traditional approaches.

2. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a combination of emails, in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital outreach.

3. Leverage digital platforms and technologies to identify and connect with potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

4. Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales presentations accordingly.

5. Utilize CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

6. Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing valuable insights and feedback.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually refine sales strategies.

8. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.

9. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels, to effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services.

10. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a hybrid sales role, combining traditional and digital sales techniques.

- Strong understanding of sales technologies, CRM tools, and digital platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Adaptability to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies.

- Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed.

- HND or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
