Human Resource Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervision of the core HR functions and management of HR officers

  • Minimum Qualification: MPhil / PhD
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising, evaluating and recording HR Officers performance
  • Responsible for designing and adjusting the training scheme for each job position in a different phase in the HR dept. 
  • Responsible for induction, orientation& training program 
  • Responsible for assisting HRM, HRBP to draft, rectify, review, publicize and implement HR regulation
  • Responsible for employee termination management
  • Responsible for managing the employee relationship
  • Coordinate with user-dept., provide strategic suggestions and recommendations to deal with crisis& issue between expatriate and local employee, mainly focus on sorting out local side, such as conflict, dispute, abused etc.                                                                                                                                                                           
  • Responsible for following up workmen compensation, Liaise with the safety department to ensure that all injuries and accidents are reported to the labor office on time
  • Liaise with the safety department and provide a weekly update on all compensation related issues to HRM, HRBP
