Job Description/Requirements
What will you do?Â
- Paid Ads:Â Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including search and social. Collaborate with external agencies to enhance campaign performance.
- Direct Buying:Â Oversee direct buying initiatives, including partnerships with associations, to expand our market reach.
- SEO:Â Work closely with our SEO team to optimize website content, improve rankings, and drive organic traffic.
- Website Optimization:Â Utilize analytical tools to identify and address areas of improvement on our website, focusing on user experience and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing Optimization:Â Dive into the metrics of email campaigns, including open rates and engagement, to enhance the effectiveness of our email marketing strategies.
- Lead Magnets/Popups:Â Develop and implement strategies for creating compelling lead magnets and popups to capture and retain audience interest.
- Press Relations:Â Collaborate with the Content Manager to secure press coverage, ensuring our brand gets the visibility it deserves.
- Offers/Campaigns:Â Plan and execute impactful promotional offers and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Outreach:Â Engage in strategic outreach efforts, such as securing speaking opportunities on podcasts and webinars to increase brand awareness.
- Management:Â Management over a small team dedicated to business generation to provide direction, guidance and support
Who are we looking for?
- Super smart and analytical, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, tracking tools, programmatic advertising platforms, SEO tools, CRMs, and marketing attribution tools.
- Experience working with a similar sized SaaS business in the past, having successfully taken the business through new growth strategiesÂ
- Highly driven, competitive, and high-energy individual with a passion for achieving results - in this case, the number of free trials
- Experience leading a team, guiding and supporting to achieve new heights of success (preferred but not essential)
