Job Description
To lead and strategically manage risk and governance, credit monitoring, client experience, and data privacy by embedding robust frameworks, aligning operational practices with regulatory requirements and industry best standards and drive operational excellence, data stewardship, and superior service delivery across the Business and Commercial Banking value chain.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required
8-10 years
- Extensive experience working with banking regulations, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management practices, ideally within a regulated financial institution.
- Proven expertise in credit risk management, including portfolio analysis, credit assessment methodologies, and the use of credit monitoring systems and tools.
- Strong background in designing and improving client experience frameworks, with hands-on experience in service design, client journey mapping, and service quality enhancement.
- Demonstrated experience in data privacy and data governance, including implementing policies, managing regulatory requirements, and overseeing compliance processes.
