Job Summary
As a T&E Engineer on our team, you will use your experience to work with the testers, developers, engineers, and cyber experts from the Navy, Warfare Centers, and other testing agencies to evaluate hardware and software developed for integration onto U.S. Marine Corps assets. You will build test plans with mission-based test cases based on user stories. You will be developing T&E plans and will be evaluating the effectiveness, suitability, and cybersecurity of the program. As many T&E processes are well understood, Booz Allen is an industry leader in innovation, and we are looking for motivated and creative talent looking to make a difference in the future warfighting landscape.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 2+ years of experience engineering and supporting test events and exercises with configurations of hardware components
- Experience ensuring compliance with standards and regulations in all testing activities
- Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for hardware and electrical testing
- Ability to design and implement test setups and fixtures for conducting various hardware and electrical tests
- Ability to perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on hardware components and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and electrical issues, and propose solutions
- Secret clearance
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with testing systems, or Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:Â

- Master’s degree in an Engineering or Science field
- Security+ Certification
