Job Summary

Donorbox is looking to hire an experienced and knowledgeable growth hacker generalist to identify the ideal customer profile and acquire users. Seeking someone who can help drive measurable results in increasing interest in our platform. The ideal candidate has a proven success record in implementing growth strategies and can take responsibility for running the growth experiments end to end.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our current customers and identify avenues to reach a larger audience.
  • Run various growth experiments and note down the ROI of each experiment. 
  • Identify the winning growth experiment and scale it up. 
  • Drive lead generation across multiple channels, including email, social media, landing pages, webinars, lead magnets, etc. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B SaaS marketing and educate the marketing team on best practices and how to execute the projects.
  • Roll up your sleeves to develop, execute, and scale growth strategies for existing and new product features.
  • Work closely with the growth team to plan goals for the month and quarter.
  • Execute various growth strategies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • You’re a self-starter with an ownership mentality. You plan your week, month and year’s tasks in advance on your own, and don’t require hand-holding with your work.
  • You have a solid understanding of various digital marketing tools (including Google Analytics, Email tools, Canva, Unbounce and other no code tools for marketing).
  • You’re a critical thinker and problem-solver. 
  • You have exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills. 
  • You’re data-driven and enjoy coming up with innovative ways to maximize growth, ROI, and customer acquisition. 
  • You have a “get stuff done” mindset: you’re very action-oriented.
  • You like to stay up-to-date with the latest growth trends and changes with growth/ SaaS.
  • Educational degrees or certificates are not taken into consideration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote environment. 
  • B2B growth hacking experience.
  • SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Experience working with nonprofits in any capacity.
