Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented individual who is passionate about building and scaling businesses. As our Growth Strategy and Ops Manager, you will play a key role in our company's success by developing and executing on our go-to-market (GTM) strategy alongside the Head of Marketing.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to develop and implement a data-driven GTM strategy focused on acquiring therapists within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Leverage your analytical skills to design and execute A/B tests, analyze user data, and identify areas for improvement across the customer journey (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
  • Implement growth frameworks and methodologies to optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and user lifetime value (LTV)
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement growth tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making within the team

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience, in consulting or a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of growth principles and best practices, with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
