Job Description/Requirements
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to develop and implement a data-driven GTM strategy focused on acquiring therapists within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Leverage your analytical skills to design and execute A/B tests, analyze user data, and identify areas for improvement across the customer journey (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
- Implement growth frameworks and methodologies to optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and user lifetime value (LTV)
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders
- Identify and implement growth tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making within the team
- 3+ years of professional experience, in consulting or a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Strong understanding of growth principles and best practices, with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
