Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in handling social media, website updates and creating visual content that communicates and enhances the brand identity of the company. Your responsibilities will include designing various marketing materials, both print and digital.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with the brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Digital Media:

  • Design engaging digital assets for online platforms, such as website banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and interactive multimedia elements.
  • Ensure all digital designs are optimized for user experience and responsiveness.

Print Design:

  • Produce print-ready materials, considering color profiles, resolutions, and printing specifications.
  • Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and incorporate them into all design work.

Adobe Creative Suite:

  • Proficiently use design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality and visually appealing designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for project completion.

Presentation Skills:

  • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams, clients, or stakeholders as needed.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum requirement is HND in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Responsible for social media handles and website updates.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Location: Accra

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary Range: GHC 1500.00
