Job summary
The General Insurance Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s non-life insurance products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. The role requires strong marketing skills, resilience, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key Competencies
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers for non-life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Educate clients on insurance products, policies, and benefits.
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and adherence to underwriting standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally in all sales engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Insurance, Business
- Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in insurance or financial services) will be an advantage.
- Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
