Job Summary
Fraud, waste, and abuse continue to be a regular problem at U.S. government agencies – and agencies need to perform assessments to understand and then mitigate these risks. Identifying fraud can be difficult – and thus we need someone like you – a fraud subject matter expert. You will research existing policies and procedures to understand gaps in controls, analyze data, and lead discussions with stakeholders that will help your team identify the fraud, waste, and abuse areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of the risks and recommended mitigations, you will report to your client on your findings and on a path forward to change the organization.
