FMCG Sales Executive
Job summary
INFINEX Trading Limited is seeking energetic and results-driven FMCG Sales Executives to support the distribution and sales of food products across Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Sell and distribute company food products to retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors
- Conduct daily field visits to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territories
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at customer outlets
- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to management
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery follow-ups, and payment collections where applicable
- Previous experience in FMCG sales (food products preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be hardworking, honest, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding sales routes is an advantage
- Minimum education: Senior High School Certificate (WASSCE) preferred
