Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Accra for a FMCG Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and executing promotional strategies to drive product sales. The Sales Executive is also responsible for conducting market research, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing timely reports to management. Collaborating with the sales team and participating in training sessions are also essential tasks to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills for building client relationships, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Thinking, Analytics, and Market Research capabilities for understanding consumer trends and identifying opportunities.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills for clear articulation of value propositions to clients.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Accra market and local business dynamics is an added advantage.
