Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager to independently manage the finished goods dispatch and issuing operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the issuing process, including planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and system documentation. The successful candidate will lead a large dispatch team, drive process improvements, resolve customer complaints, and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the finished goods issuing process, including planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and system documentation.
  • Lead and manage the dispatch team, developing and implementing a structured 5-level issuing process.
  • Train, guide, supervise, and evaluate the performance of issuing staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Take full accountability for dispatch results.
  • Analyze customer complaints related to dispatch errors, including incorrect, missing, excess, damaged, or disorganized shipments.
  • Summarize findings, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Track and document performance data, including worker productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics, attendance, service quality, and other operational factors.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans based on data analysis to enhance team performance and service delivery.
  • Coordinate daily dispatch tasks including data collection, inventory positioning, system reconciliation, and workflow management.
  • Allocate dispatch resources effectively to meet daily operational requirements.
  • Manage communication and coordination with internal departments including planning, production, transportation, sales, finance, security, and HR.
  • Oversee dispatch safety protocols, including issuing procedures, vehicle loading, accident handling, and incident documentation.
  • Implement and monitor safety standards to minimize workplace accidents and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage accident records and improve dispatch outcomes through proactive safety measures.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a large factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in dispatch, issuing, or outbound logistics management.
  • Strong team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 30+ members.
  • Excellent understanding of factory logistics operations including planning, production, receiving, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse inventory management, including multi-location inventory control and system reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with various transport modes including flatbed trucks, shipping containers, curtain-sided trucks, and specialized racking vehicles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external departments.
  • Willingness to work extended hours (12-hour shifts) and adapt to flexible scheduling as required.
