Tuagye is a Ghanaian marketplace helping local businesses get discovered. We work directly with shop owners to onboard them onto our platform and improve visibility and trust.
We are hiring Kumasi-based Field Sales & Marketing Agents to work on the ground with local businesses.
Role Description
You will be responsible for:
- Door-to-door marketing to local businesses in assigned Kumasi neighborhoods
- Setting up free business listings (photos, GPS, top products) using the Tuagye Agent App
- Submitting daily activity reports via internal tools
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Kumasi (neighborhood assignments only)
- Confident communicator (English + Twi required; other local languages a plus)
- Comfortable with field sales/marketing
- Owns a smartphone with a good camera
- Reliable, respectful, and presentable when engaging shop owners
