Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Sell a minimum of 100 wellness products per month to meet the company's sales target.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Leverage an existing network of customers and business contacts 
• Promote the company's products to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify potential markets and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Monitor sales performance and take proactive steps to achieve monthly targets.
• Submit regular sales reports on customer activities and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain honesty in all business dealings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
• An established customer base or strong professional network.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to sell at least 100 products monthly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within assigned sales areas as required.

Compensation and Contract Terms

Monthly compensation: GHS 5,000.

• Contract-based engagement.
• Flexible working hours, with performance measured against sales targets.
• Independent fieldwork with regular reporting and accountability.
• Expected monthly sales volume of at least 100 wellness products.
