Role Description
The Field Sales Executive will actively drive customer engagement to promote aYo's microinsurance products, identify potential clients, and execute effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and reporting on sales activities and market trends. The role requires a hands-on approach and direct interaction with clients in the field.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with clients.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including proficiency in promoting products and meeting sales targets.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn about microinsurance concepts is a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in using technology, such as smartphones or tablets, for sales and reporting purposes.
- Fluency in English and any local languages spoken in Kasoa will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in field sales or a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
