Qualifications

  • Strong field service experience with the ability to assist customers on-site
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Experience in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Capability to provide training and support to customers post-purchase
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in emerging markets, is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding is an advantage
