Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical) to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within their designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, medical conferences, and workshops as needed.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a territory.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
