Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s transport fleet efficiently.
- Oversee regular maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all transport, estate, and safety regulations.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs of the company’s estate facilities.
- Develop and implement estate and transport management policies.
- Maintain records of building assets, vehicles, and other company properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support management in the registration and protection of landed properties such as land and buildings.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in transport management, fleet management, or facilities management.
- IT literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
