Job Summary
An Engineering Coordinator is responsible for receiving and ordering supplies, dispatching service calls, maintaining inventory and controlling the flow of material and equipment from the engineering department in a cost effective an efficient manner.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
- Assist in actively planning, sequencing, and developing of budget
- Assist in designing, planning and defining scope of works for construction team and contractors
- Assist in daily operations of field work activities and organization of subcontractor
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum work experience of 8years in oil and gas or construction industry.
- Strong Technical Skills and knowledge
- Familiar with software development methodologies eg. SAP
- Familiar with Codes / Standards related to Oil and Gas industry
- Strong Business Acumen
