Job Description/Requirements
Endpoint Tech Lead Responsibilities
- Be a player/coach to the Stairwell endpoint team, which builds endpoint agents for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
- Head & collaborate with a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across a variety of platforms.
- Manage multiple projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your team.
- Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards.
- Set and execute against a consistent technical vision for quality, performance and feature set across all supported platforms and agents.
Endpoint Tech Lead Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong background in software development in one or more of C#, C++, swift, or golang
- Experience leading multi-person engineering projects.
- Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology and release processes.
- Curiosity in understanding the security space and how cutting edge technologies can shape it.
- Working experience with several from the following: developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and upgrading client side software; writing windows, mac or linux drivers; working with auditd and eBPF.
