Job Summary

The Enablement Consultant is focused on the successful roll-out and implementation of solutions within Service Delivery (SD). Enablement team members function as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for requirements definition, communicate with development on key priorities, and help drive the creation of critical workflows, documentation, and training that support market readiness for Service Delivery.

Job Description/Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategically define end-to-end requirements for complex service delivery initiatives and drive complete end-to-end execution and market readiness
  • Develop innovative strategies to solve problems and improve the adoption of Lighthouse solutions and enhance the user experience
  • Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders
  • Function as a primary liaison and champion for key improvements that improve operational service delivery; provide input into top priority list of requirements for incorporation into roadmaps
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths necessary to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary contact and driver for the implementation of solutions supported by Service Delivery.
  • Build relationships and gain consensus with functional leads and key stakeholders
  • Analyze solution requirements to effectively create and drive project schedules which includes being able to define and understand project activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, and duration of tasks by departments
  • Analyze opportunities to improve technology and processes including the assessment of impacts and rolling out prioritized solutions.
  • Ensure all solution rollouts have supporting documentation, process definition and training
  • Drive collaborative cross-team efforts to design, test and rollout solutions supported by streamlined workflows, documentation and training associated with Service Delivery market readiness
  • Manage functional interdependencies and collaboration with the team to identify and resolve project-related issues, and identify and facilitate the removal of blocking items
  • Coordinate work on assigned improvement initiatives
  • Maintain working knowledge of company’s quality standards and quality management system
  • Stay current on product features and functionality, platform changes and partner technologies by attending product release meetings and other enablement activities to enhance product knowledge and understand workflow interdependencies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks or Lean Tools such as 5Whys, Fishbone, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, PlanDoCheckAct is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of e-discovery best practices and of current and emerging technologies
  • Ability to set strategic direction on complex initiatives and drive complete end-to-end execution
  • Ability to interpret complex technical requirements provided in written or oral form
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively engage to identify and implement solutions
  • Working knowledge of quality principles, standard and methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication


Ability to work independently and as part of a team:

  • 7+ years of e-discovery experience, with 5+ years of e-discovery project management, senior level operations, technology or consulting experience
  • Experience in process design and implementation
  • Experience leading or participating in improvement projects preferred
  • Experience writing User Stories (for software feature) preferred
