Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Koforidua for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's online store, monitoring web sales, optimizing product listings, and executing ecommerce strategies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a seamless online customer experience, analyzing sales trends, collaborating with internal teams to improve product visibility, and supporting online marketing campaigns to drive growth.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and experience in online sales strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize performance
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting with internal teams and customers
• Sales expertise to drive conversion rates and strengthen customer acquisition
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is beneficial
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the retail or lifestyle industry is a plus
