We are looking for a remote DSP & Programmatic Specialist (Media Buying) to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company, which specializes in health, beauty and pet products development.

Job Description/Requirements
• Optimize spend and performance based on the insights/results
• A/B test ad copy and images to meet performance based goals
• Make decisions and have a strong sense of ownership
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Partner with team members and help enhance media management and optimization workflows
• Develop and apply knowledge of Health & Beauty industry trends and synthesize with company objectives in creating media solutions
• And other tasks
• Graduate from Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Creative industries or similar field
• 1+ years of experience of DSP platforms such as Criteo, DV360, Eskimi, Stackadapt, Trade Desk etc. or Google (display ads)
• Experience scaling campaign spend (example 5-10k daily)
• Knowledge of A/B testing
• Strong data analytical, problem-solving, logical & creative skills
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written (English language)
• Work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
• Performance based mindset
