Distribution Sales Specialist
Job descriptions & requirements
Job Duty:
Dealer management, including but not limited to operational control of customers, distributor team management, development of operational awareness, and comprehensive management of people, vehicles, finance, and inventory.
Establishment and daily management of a CRM field sales team, including the use of CRM systems and data analysis.
Market visits within the assigned territory, including store visits, analysis of product performance and competitor dynamics, and development of corresponding strategies and action plans.
Assist in handling and resolving other unexpected issues and emergencies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 1 year of experience in FMCG channel development and key account management in Ghana.
- Experience managing a team of 3–5 people in a well-known FMCG company.
- Graduated from one of the top three universities in Ghana, with proficiency in computer and office software applications.
- Willing to undertake short-term business travel to other regions and be based at client sites when required.
