Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist at MSport will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the sports betting industry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, KOLs cooperation, Website Cooperation, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in line with MSport goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including social media platforms, search engines, and display networks.
  • Create and manage content marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic to MSport digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and sports betting to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and affiliates, to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all digital marketing activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, betting KOL cooperation, Website cooperation and Push Ads marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google
  • Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Similarwebs, Semrush AHref ).
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing in the sports betting industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
