Job Description/Requirements
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from the collected data. Translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Set up and maintain dashboards & regular reports that provide stakeholders with key performance metrics and insights related to the CDP’s performance (e.g., customer adoption & business impact)
• Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis
• Communicate the results and consult on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data
• And other tasks
• Higher education
• Experience in importing, combining, and visualizing data in Google Looker (Data) Studio, BigQuery, and/or other reporting tools/platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities
• Great understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
