Job Summary
The Data Operations Analyst plays a key role in the Information Management & Analytics Team, supporting one of its mandates to provide insight and intelligence to the Sales, Success, and Marketing departments. Along with contributions to established sales & marketing directives and KPIs, the Data Operations Analyst will also take an active role in enabling the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Job Description/Requirements
- Data Quality: profile, document, and create processes to fix data quality issues
- Marketing Operations Support: cleaning/uploading of lists/campaigns into Salesforce/Pardot
- Sales/Success/Marketing Tool Administration: administration/implementation of Firmex’s Salesforce instance and other sales tools like Groove, Power Router, Gong, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Data Governance: use processes and documentation to improve ease of use, data quality, and overall efficiency of related information
- Enterprise Report Development: design & develop reports, dashboards & alerts in Salesforce or Tableau and provide analysis and insights based on data
- Process & Workflow Optimization
- A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in both self-directed and feedback-driven environments
- A keen sense of time management and organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience with CRM/Sales/Marketing Operation tools is a nice to have
- Some experience with databases & SQL development
