Cyber Business Developer

Nice To Have:

• 10+ years of experience with developing and delivering technical solutions for Government clients
• 5+ years of experience in professional service sales within cybersecurity, including security strategy, for cyber defense and offense
• Experience with building Basis of Estimates for a variety of technical solutions, including hardware, software, integrated systems, cyber solutions, and complex IT solutions, including developing Work Breakdown Structures
• Ability to research and communicate competitor technical solutions, cost implications associated with alternative solutions, risk mitigation, and competitive landscape with senior leadership
• Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer-term account management to strategic client accounts
• Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital
• Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with developing an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design and change
• Experience working in Joint Environments a plus
• Experience working with Air Force Cyber Units preferred
• Experience with briefing senior executives
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and client-facilitation skills
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
