Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Cape Coast at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). The Customer Care Professional will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction, provide support via various communication channels, and maintain a positive and efficient relationship with UCC students, staff, and stakeholders. The role involves fostering a professional and empathetic customer service approach while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse community
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
