Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crane Rigger based in Sunyani. The Crane Rigger will be responsible for performing rigging and lifting operations, ensuring the safe and effective use of heavy and lifting equipment during construction and maintenance activities. The candidate will inspect cranes and other lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lifting Operations and expertise in handling Cranes
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment and Lifting Equipment
• Knowledge and application of Inspection procedures for equipment and machinery
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in lifting and rigging operations
• Relevant certifications in rigging or crane operation
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic work conditions
• Prior experience in the mining or construction industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
