Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client engagements
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in corporate sales.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Background in Engineering or experience selling technical products/services will be an advantage
- Results-driven and target-oriented
