Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Accra. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet or exceed set targets. The individual will actively promote and sell Marsaw Media's diverse range of media creation services, attend meetings, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to sales strategies and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of company offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of media creation, including photography, videography, and audio content
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Experience in marketing and business development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, with a customer-focused approach
