Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 5+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, or testing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and using tools, including EC2, S3, ELBs, RDS, VPCs, security groups, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, or IAM permissions Â
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Experience working with development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environmentÂ
- Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins
- Experience assessing security vulnerabilities in software and systems, recommending appropriate mitigations, performing periodic vulnerability scans, implementing vulnerability mitigations, and validating and reporting on vulnerability monitoring, mitigations, and policy compliance
- Ability to monitor system dashboards, balance priorities to independently execute operations support processes, and accurately follow and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date Â
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working with microservices and containerization, including orchestration, cluster management, and container storage, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
- Experience with networking, system administration, Linux, or Cloud Engineering
- Experience supporting a Help Desk
- Experience with Jira Service Desk or other incident management and request fulfillment tools
- Possession of excellent customer support, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
