What You'll Do
- Identify and engage business owners, SMEs, retailers, and entrepreneurs within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present Jiji's advertising solutions and explain how they can help businesses increase visibility and sales.
- Convert prospects into paying customers through effective sales techniques.
- Assist clients in creating and managing adverts on the Jiji platform.
- Promote premium advertising products, boost packages, and other paid services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to drive renewals and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information on company systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in the field and interacting with business owners daily.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a smartphone.
Note: Must reside in Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi or nearby areas.
