Job Summary
On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders, contract staff, clients, and managers to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR), and client leadership.

- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 3+ years of experience in administration
- Experience in DoD or large business action tracking systems
- Ability to work standard business hours from a client office location
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:Â
- 1+ years of experience at any IC agency
- Experience as an Action Group Officer
- Knowledge of mission capabilities and organizationÂ
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and as an integral part of a front office administration staff team
- Ability to be motivated and have an enthusiastic attitude for exceeding client expectations
- Bachelor's degree
