Job Summary
Build next-generation technologies for our defense clients. Leverage expertise in DoD and industry networks to serve as the relationship manager supporting clients across the DoD environment. Represent a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements with and within client organizations, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and land performance standards. Conduct geographical business development activities in support of our sensors business. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 10+ years of experience with multiple classified DoD programs or projectsÂ
- Experience in engaging with and operating at the General Officer (GO) or SES levelÂ
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle
- Ability to work as an integral member of a business development and client delivery teamÂ
- Ability to engage key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on DoD projectsÂ
- Ability to analyze market needs and identify viable business development opportunities in DoD projects and programsÂ
- Ability to be a subject matter expert on multiple DoD programs and projectsÂ
- Top Secret clearanceÂ
- Bachelor's degreeÂ
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Project Managers in Sensors-Aerial Intelligence
- Experience in business developmentÂ
- TS/SCI clearance preferredÂ
- Master's degree preferredÂ
