Job Summary
We are seeking driven and passionate Business Development Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our reach within the our sector of operation. You will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, developing relationships with leaders, and generating leads for our consulting services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identity potential clients within the sector of operation
- Develop a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses.
- Qualify leads and develop sales presentations tailored to spec client needs.
- Assist with proposal development and participate in client meetings
- Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and client: interactions.
- Set and achieve sales goals for new client acquisition.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in business administration, management, office administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an admin officer or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Sulte
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
