As a Business Analyst at Outliant you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project and product management teams. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Ticket Management: Create, manage, and maintain project tickets with clear and concise details to guide development and QA teams.
Team Coordination:Â Actively liaise with team members, including developers and QAs, to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
Project Support:Â Provide comprehensive support to the PM, including stepping in as a backup to manage project activities as required.
Communication:Â Facilitate internal communication, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed about project updates and changes.
Documentation:Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project proceedings and decisions.
Analysis and Reporting:Â Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement, and report these findings to the PM.
Process Improvement:Â Continually seek opportunities to improve project processes and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a business analysis or similar role within a technology environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
