Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at Breezes Beach Resort near Cape Coast. The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the pool bar and other bar outlets, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, recommending drinks, and ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. The role involves handling cash and POS transactions accurately, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting overall food and beverage service during peak periods and events. The Bartender works closely with the restaurant and front-of-house teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including drink menus, basic mixology, and pairing suggestions.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling, including operating POS systems and balancing daily transactions.
• Practical Bartending skills, including preparing cocktails, mocktails, and standard bar drinks safely and consistently.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or resort environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, team-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations is an advantage.
• Must be based in Mankessim or or any of the surrounding towns
