Managing the bancassurance relationship with allocated Bank partners including, training, certifying, coaching sales teams, reguar and adhoc performance reporting, managing (correcting, ordering, delivering, tracking) sales collaterals, administrative and support activities
Relationship Management Sales Support
*App form printing,
*Sales activations
*Train all frontline on product knowledge, selling skills and soft skills
*Branch Visits & Cross-country branch visits at least twice a year. (Over 108 branches combined)
*Performance tracking, Performance reports, training video production
3. After Sales Support (customer service management)
4. Lead Support i.e., in designing, implementing & monitoring activities such as sales incentives, strategy etc.
5. Delivering periodic governance & performance reports as agreed in Service Level Agreement among partners.
6. Organize and support stakeholder engagements and meetings as agreed with partners.
7. Support client events
8. Tracking marketing spends against budgetRelationship
