Job Description/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with data lakes, lakehouses, modern data warehousing, and real-time data processing using Azure Cloud Data services
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and privacy standards
- Ability to lead the technical architecture and orchestration of data-driven workflows, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models to enable efficient data transformation and loading from source into target systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Veterans Affairs Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), VX-130, data migration, and cloud architectures
- Experience developing modernization plans for IT systems across multiple domains
- Experience with ensuring data security, compliance, privacy standards, and best practices are integrated into the architecture design and implementation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytic problems, and translate them into scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions
