Job Responsibilities

1. Independently conduct daily audits and risk checks covering production, procurement, warehousing, finance, sales, HR and asset management; undertake special audits, investigations and on-site inspections as required by the annual audit plan and management arrangements.

2. Identify abnormal transactions, process loopholes and potential fraud risks through data analysis, voucher sampling, system verification and on-site inventory checking.

3. Complete audit interviews, data collection and evidence verification, prepare standard audit workpapers, and ensure all audit conclusions are fully supported by valid evidence.

4. Conduct local market research and external price verification to obtain independent evidence for audit items including procurement pricing, waste material disposal and vehicle leasing.

5. Follow up audit rectification work, verify the effectiveness of improvement measures, and regularly report major risks and rectification progress.

6. Support headquarters and overseas audit teams to complete audit projects, temporary risk assessments and special investigations.


Qualifications & Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.

- Certification: Possession of CIA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or ICAG qualification is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of internal/external audit experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience; candidates with manufacturing or Ghana/West Africa local audit experience are highly preferred.

- Professional Skills: Proficient in internal control audit, risk assessment and rectification management; familiar with IFRS and local market operation rules; skilled in data analysis, on-site inspection, evidence verification and audit report writing.

- Language & Competency: Fluent in English (written & oral); strong risk sensitivity, logical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills with rigorous working attitude.

- Others: Able to adapt to frequent on-site inspections and local business trips; no professional integrity violations.
