Job Description/Requirements
Position Duties and Responsibilities:\
Measure and Evaluate Program Effectiveness:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the KOL program and track progress over time.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to evaluate the impact of KOL engagement on sales enablement and customer satisfaction.
Development of Clinical Society Engagement Program:
- Collaborate with clinical societies and professional associations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the visibility and credibility of the company.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities and educational initiatives that drive engagement and credibility.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare/medtech/med device marketing, medical affairs, or related roles, with a focus on KOL engagement and thought leadership development.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic KOL engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
