Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma Certificate Holder with security experience Ex-military or Police will be an advantage, but not essential.
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Area Manager within security industry
- Computer Literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Investigations experience
- Incident report writing
- Rosters and Managing Wages
- Fleet Management
- Site Surveys and Baseline Risk Surveys
- No Criminal Record and should have a police clearance
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving experience
- Ability to travel outside Accra and other regions in Ghana
Responsibilities:
- Regular site visits to ensure effective management of equipment, assets and control of Operational issues
- Maintain a high level of supervision and motivation and onsite training of staff
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Division effectiveness
- Budget and wage control in alignment with contract requirements and approved roster
- Employee satisfaction and staff development
- Implementation and maintenance of Stallion standards
- Execute tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager as per action plan Training of officers according to their job descriptions and development of staff
- Maintain staff discipline
- Security officer training for site procedures and site instructions completed and updated training schedules are in place
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, reasonable and lawful instruction
